What You’ll Need:

Two pencils (any colors you like!)
Googly eyes
Glue or sticky tape
Pipe cleaners (for their arms)
Small pom-poms (for their noses)
A marker (to draw their smile)
Fun stickers or decorations (for their clothes)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Stick on the Eyes
Grab one of your pencils and glue two googly eyes near the top of it (but not on the eraser).
This is where Penelope and Percy will see the world!

Step 2: Give Them a Nose
Take a small pom-pom and glue it right under the googly eyes.
Now Penelope and Percy have noses to smell all the fun adventures ahead!

Step 3: Add Arms with Pipe Cleaners
Wrap a pipe cleaner around the pencil just below the eyes and nose to make Penelope and Percy’s arms.
Bend them into little loops or curls for extra fun!

Step 4: Draw a Big Smile
